Dealing with Domestic Violence during the Covid-19 Pandemic links

If it wasn't difficult enough to deal with Domestic Violence, lets throw a pandemic in there for good measure! (Just kidding.)

With millions of people having to stay home to avoid getting or spreading Covid-19, Domestic Violence situations are becoming increasingly more dangerous.  Unfortunately, at the same time Domestic Violence resources are struggling to provide services amidst quarantine measures.  I am going to list some of the resource links that I have found below.  I will also include an upload for a safety plan when leaving isn't an option.  It was not created with a pandemic in mind, so every part may not be aplicable, but having a plan is better than not having a plan.  You should still use it as an opportunity to think about your situation and what resources are available to you at the moment.

Coping Techniques Ideas

I don't believe that every stress reducing technique is helpful for every person.  I was taught many and I only really latched onto a couple.  However, I will put a variety of things to try here.  Give them all a shot.  See what is helpful to you.

* When you find one or more that you like, practice them frequently so that when you are in crisis they will come to your mind.
